Ingredients of Besan Dhokla

  1. Prepare of Better.
  2. You need 2 cups of besan.
  3. It's 1 bowl of curd.
  4. You need of Salt as per your taste.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Ginger paste (optional).
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of eno fruit salt.
  7. It's of Water for mixing.
  8. It's of For tempering.
  9. It's 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  10. You need 1 of green chilly chopped or slit.
  11. It's 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
  12. It's leaves of Few curry.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  14. You need 2 tsp of sugar.
  15. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  16. Prepare 1 cup of water.
  17. It's 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds.
  18. Prepare 2 of tap oil.
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilly (optional).

Besan Dhokla instructions

  1. Take a large bowl mix all the ingredients with water..add eno fruit salt mix gently the batter become frothy..pour on the dhokla plate, put this on steamer cover it cooked until 20-25 mins on hight flame..
  2. Check with the knife or toothpick if it will come clear i.e. dhokla is ready, switch off the gas and take out the cooked dhokla plate..cool it down.
  3. Meanwhile while heat the tadka pan with oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds curry leaves, chillies put this mixture into the water add salt, sugar, and lemon juice mix it well..pour this on the cooled dhokla sprinkle some sesame seeds and coriender leaf...
  4. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney..refreshing taste is yum😋.
